Not all content types (or workflows) might be suitable to use with Conflict module. For sites with many content types there is a need to limit in which the module is in use.

A Settings page is needed and a link to it from the Config module info on /admin/modules
The Settings page would list existing content types and have a checkbox per type. The default setting would be on for all content types. It would be overriden if individual content types are checked.
