PHP warning for non-numeric token info arguments.

Problem/Motivation

If the token info argument (in get_token_value) is non-numeric, and $view->field[$arg] is not set, the module produces a PHP warning.

Steps to reproduce

Create a view that has a non-numeric token argument that is not in the view's field array.

Proposed resolution

Add an is_numeric check to line 542 of views_field_view_handler_field_view.inc
