No headers printing

Problem/Motivation

The values of the view render, but the headings for the rows do not, but if you hook the same view up to csv, the rows do get included into the downloaded file.

Steps to reproduce

1. Set up a basic view (all content of some content type)
2. Make title the only field
3. Set a label in the field to "Title".
4. The results will be all the titles tied to the content type as a text file, but the title label will not render at the top.

Proposed resolution

Please include the headers in the file.
