Problem/Motivation

When order is in draft and become canceled Exception thrown and order can not be canceled.

Steps to reproduce

  • Create an order in a draft state.
  • Cancel order.
  • Expected result: Order has been canceled
  • Actual result: Exception

Proposed resolution

Provided patch will fix exception.
