UI for sets creation

Hi, there is now a module that allows the export of fields as paragraphs set.

How it works:
- you create a node (or any other fieldable entity with the paragraphs field)
- fill in paragraphs, like Accordeon paragraph with title and 10 Accordeon Item paragraphs, which one with own fields and paragraphs
- you can save it as a structure-only paragraphs set
- you can save it as a structure+content paragraphs set
- nested paragraphs works (another module of this ecosystem has to be used also - paragraphs_sets_plugins).

Would be nice to have it listed under "Extensions" of this module, even it also depends on another extension paragraphs_sets_plugins.
