Paths to Replace ignores Absolute URL setting

Problem/Motivation

When creating custom regex path replacements in "Paths to replace with custom breadcrumbs", the system will use an absolute URL no matter what "Use absolute path for Breadcrumb links" is set.

Steps to reproduce

Install and create a regex under the text field.

Example regex: regex!/guests/([^/]+)/([^/]+) :: Guests | /guests/ :: $1 | /guests/$1

Proposed resolution

Have the replacement follow the absolute setting.

This is absolutely hardcoded (pun intended)

$url_obj = Url::fromUserInput($url, ['absolute' => TRUE]);
Could someone please advise if there is a reason to make that line to be hardcoded and not based on the EB's config setting.
