Go to update.php after a core upgrade to 9.3.0, with 'Entity Updates' module installed.
I have tried:
uninstalling 'Entity Update' module (Entity Update Tests has never appeared as a stand alone module in my module list)
renaming, deleting entity_update folder in modules folder.
inside entity_update fodler there is a 'tests' subfodler, which i assuem is teh problem. I updated all contents of this folder from a .zip of 'Entity Update' module.
I cannot reinstall 'Entity Update' , as it says 'already installed' even after Uninstalling.
I have edited the blob on core.extensions to remove the entity_update_tests strings... i:0;s:19:"entity_update_tests", no success.
I have Uninstalled as many modules as i dare without killing site functionality. There was a 'Devel Entity Update'
Happy to try whatever is suggested.
Unsure if it's related but Status Report says
ENTITY/FIELD DEFINITIONSMismatched entity and/or field definitions
The following changes were detected in the entity type and field definitions.
URL alias
The URL alias entity type needs to be updated.
User
The User ID field needs to be updated.
I believe I'd had similar issues for many months that I could not resolve, so the above may not be an issue.

It's likely this issue predates Contrib.social: some issue and comment data are missing.
