Expose all installed modules

Problem/Motivation

The reason why our shop is trying out this module is that we need to move away from Lumturio, which doesn't seem to get updated to work with Drupal semantic versioning. However, a feature I love in Lumturio is the list of modules where you can see how many percent of your sites have a certain module installed. It makes it so easy to find low-hanging fruit that could drastically improve the SEO, UI, etc. for clients.

One might argue that exposing this info is a security issue, but I think it's more of a security issue to expose which modules are outdated.

Still true, but let's not expose the current versions.
