Member Role sync failing with membership with Pending status

Problem/Motivation

Steps to reproduce

- Create a sync rule for Membership type A with Pending status => Drupal role.
- Create 2 memberships on a contact with type A and B, where A is set to Pending and B is set to Active.
- The sync does not attach the drupal role even if a contact has a membership of type A in pending status.

Proposed resolution

Attached patch fixes the problem.

I've tested without the patch → to confirm that it doesn't sync properly and also tested with the patch. The patch works and the code looks good.
