A block isn't displayed in the node Preview mode

A block based on a node's taxonomy term isn't displayed in the Preview mode.

In the /term_condition/src/Plugin/Condition/Term.php fix \Drupal::routeMatch() by providing an additional parameter for the node preview.

Needs review.

Thanks guys, new maintainer here. Have merged this in so we can get a D10 release out this month, I'll do a quick sweep of the issue queue before the next release to catch any quick wins.
