putting every paragraph parent translatable and saving the form solved the issue for me
The problem is related to form on link /admin/config/regional/content-language, It is impossible to check checkbox paragraph. If i select it and click save, it is not saved, it is unchecked. I have Drupal 9.3, Paragraph 1.12. On other Drupal pages this worked. Error was present on Drupal 9.0 as well. I have not module content moderation enabled. I have enabled Drupal Commerce - maybe this could be the problem?
