We may want to consider switching from MarkItUp to CKEditor5.
The toolbar doesn't display properly when switching to a text forma that uses the CKEditor.
1. Install the LaTeX Toolbar
2. Edit a page with the LaTeX toolbar enabled in the text format
3. Switch to a text format that doesn't support the toolbar.
