Declare correct module dependencies

Problem/Motivation

We use hook_field_widget_complete_form_alter, which was introduced in Drupal 9.2, but our info.yml states this module works with Drupal 8 or 9.

Proposed resolution

• Update core_version_requirement to ^9.2 in field_protect.info.yml.
• Add a composer.json that defines the correct core dependency.
