Document the values that will be set in update_calculate_project_update_status()

Updated 30 January 2023, over 1 year ago

Problem/Motivation

It is not very clear what values are set in update_calculate_project_update_status() and why. for instance

$project_data['recommended'] is not always going to be shown as "Recommended version" on the available updates. I think we need to make clear that this is the case in the comments.

Proposed resolution

Document all the values that are set and what they mean.
