1. Create menu with 3 levels:
Ex:

+ Item 1.2
+ Item 1.3
Item 2
Item 3.
2. In sitemap configuration admin/config/search/sitemap check on menu at step 1
3. Open sitemap page, item level 3 does NOT show

It's likely this issue predates Contrib.social: some issue and comment data are missing.
@apaderno says that this was fixed in the dev version, before 8.x-2.0-beta3 → was released. Since then, sitemap-8.x-2.0-beta4 → has also been released. I'm seeing menu items at level 3 on my test site, so I'm going to assume this is fixed.
