menu_link_destination_form_menu_link_content_menu_link_content_form_alteris not called with Drupal 10 also. I agree with update by v1nk.
I am using Drupal 9.2.9 version.
When I installed the module I noticed that menu_link_destination_form_menu_link_content_menu_link_content_form_alter is not called.
Therefore it is not possible to check a "destination" checkbox for menu items.
It seems to be that should be changed to menu_link_destination_form_menu_link_content_form_alter. With this form alter all works as it should.

The change is currently missing an automated test that fails when run with the original code, and succeeds when the bug has been fixed.
