Name in From field support

Problem/Motivation

Sendinblue module doesn't support an custom Name in From field. But the Sendinblue API does.

Proposed resolution

This small fix will allow developers to add Name to the email with hook_mail_alter().
For example: $messages['from-name'] = 'My website name';
