If a user has a lot of saved searches they current receive many emails. We want to have digest emails containing all of a user's saved searches, and I thought it would be a useful feature generally so have implemented it in the module itself.
Create multiple saved search email alerts with the same user, then run cron to fire the emails.
New plugin and token to display the results in one email.

The change is currently missing an automated test that fails when run with the original code, and succeeds when the bug has been fixed.
