Unable to install drush after installing Ekan

Problem/Motivation

Attempted to install Drush after a fresh Ekan Install using the "composer require drush/drush" command but failed.

Steps to reproduce

• Installed Ekan using the command "composer create-project eightyoptions/ekan_distribution:1.0.0-alpha1 drupal"
• Tried to install Drush with the command Composer require drush/drush
• Error occurred: Conflicts with migrate_tools

How can I successfully install and use drush? or is there an alternative?
