Incorrect type of schema for elastic_email.settings and missing schema variables.

Problem/Motivation

Incorrect type of schema for elastic_email.settings. Instead of mapping should be config_object.
Also schema has the following errors for elastic_email.settings:
elastic_email.settings:use_reply_to missing schema,
elastic_email.settings:reply_to_email missing schema,
elastic_email.settings:reply_to_name missing schema.
