When users get a one-time-login acces, email_tfa interrupt the process and then they won't get to a change password page, they are redirected to the /user route. So when they go to edit profile to change their password they are asked to enter the current password that they asked the one time loggin acces first.
In the email_tfa settings I've tried several routes (user.reset user.reset.login user.well-known.change_password) but it doesn't work.
Any help would be appreciated.
Does anyone know the one-time-login route name that could be excluded so the user can acces the change password page directly when requesting a one-time acces?

It's likely this issue predates Contrib.social: some issue and comment data are missing.
In this case, it would be logical to use the query param "pass-reset-token" (see Drupal\user\AccountForm line 134) in order to skip TFA.
I did a patch on the #3228424 ✨ Persist destination on redirect Fixed and I think this issue is duplicated.
