Document supported Varnish version

Problem/Motivation

For better Out-of-box experience I'd like to propose this project (documentation) page should tell what is the desired Varnish version to use.

On Drupal.org's local development documentation DDEV is used. However the default example uses Varnish v6.4. And there's no official docker images for Varnish 4.x since it has been EOL from 2019.

Steps to reproduce

Try to use module's default.vcl file on Varnish 6.1 and you'll face error message

Error:
Message from VCC-compiler:
Symbol not found 'std.tolower'
At: ('/etc/varnish/default.vcl' line 52 Pos 36)
  set req.http.X-Varnish-Purge = std.tolower(req.http.X-Varnish-Purge);

Proposed resolution

- Update project (documentation) page with desired Varnish version. Maybe mention Acquia cloud doesn't support this module.
