Links added in content don't initiate Colorbox

I've added some links in content which should open up videos which have been embedded in a Video content type page. All the video pages have a path like: /video/xyz

I've added the /video/* path to the NG Lightbox config page, but when you click on one of those links within the content eg <a href="/video/xyz">Open video</a> it doesn't open within a Colorbox popup.

I've also tried adding the /node/*/delete path to the NG Lightbox config page, and when I try and delete a page via the Drupal UI tabs I get the pop up, but not if I create a similar link within the body content field, eg <a href="/node/5/delete">delete</a>.

I presume that links within the content should also initiate the popup?
