Lets close as there hasn't been any response on this for over a year now.
I am unable to see "unlock" button on admin theme, please find attached video - what I am missing ?
Edit: On recorded video I forgot to save settings, but it does not work even I save it of course. I tried multiple times before I recorded that video.
