Add filename to revisions list if it exists

I think I correctly understood what the intention was behind the code/request, so changed the code accordingly. Was not sure what the field_file was suppose to be and did not have it in my code. Tested with Drupal 10. Attaching the diff, just in case it is not clear what was changed. Needs to be reviewed, so changing status to that.
