Rename patch: Adding additional special characters to the regex for replacement
Problems when header contains special characters (:, ;, etc).
ID and anchor don't match and link doesn't work
The problem is in the library (third party), but we dont know when they are going to fix it, so we can upload a patch here for the time being.
Write a h2 with ":"
Create a Table of contents
Save node
Replace special characters with space before the replacement of spaces with +
