I have backed up database and files from site A. When I am trying to import database and files to Site B using restore, database import worked fine.
For files, I am getting error as "Unable to create directory for public:///2021-10/image.png". I checked the permission of the folder. This is not a permission issue. If I create the folder(2021-10) manually and then do restore, files are getting created. My doubt is why the folder is not created? Is this the expected behavior?
Any help much appreciated!

It's likely this issue predates Contrib.social: some issue and comment data are missing.
The patch works for me, but all directories are created with mod = 777, while the original mod was (in my case) 755.
