How do I create a view that displays a list of users and their allowed taxonomy terms?

Same here. I want to make a view with user and there permitted terms for migration purposes. It would be great if the module would get a relationship in views.

Provided basic support for the views:
1. Ability to create a view based on permissions_by_term_user table (Permissions by term: User), with a relationship to taxonomy and user.
2. Ability to create a view based on permissions_by_term_role table (Permissions by term: Role), with a relationship to taxonomy and user.
3. Added relationship from user -> permissions_by_term_user.
