Content types added after installation of EAT are missing

Problem/Motivation

In the admin interface, is any content type added after installation of EAT lacking the available taxonomy vocabularies.

Steps to reproduce

See above.

Proposed resolution

Write a patch.
Although the problem is fixed by reinstalling the module. Be aware that it then is necessary to reconfigure any settings for EAT.
