Let the Select Language label editable and translatable

Current this module adds a hardcoded value to the Dropdown first item (label). User can't change it or translate it.

Adding the Dropdown to the page. See that the Select Language label can't be changed or translated.

Adds a field on Module settings to allow the user choose the the Label or level it blank. Also include the t() on this label to allow translation.
