Unlimited cardinality entity reference fields not supported

Problem/Motivation

If you add an unlimited multiple cardinality field to content type and make it translatable and use inline translation it does not work as expected. Clicking on the add more does not add another item.

Limit the add more button to the default translation thereby allowing it to work.
