Looks like the update from the patch was added/remedied in 📌 Paypal integration Fixed
Automatically closed - issue fixed for 2 weeks with no activity.
When a new customer tries to add billing info, there's a "duplicate entry" error for the payment profile UUID. This seems to come from a multiple submission bug per https://www.drupal.org/project/commerce/issues/2981654 → .
