I tested this module with project/tfa in Drupal 8 and found that these two modules are not commensurate. Having both on means that you are prompted twice to enter authentication codes.
Given that project/tfa has an API for adding authentication methods that follow the standards in authentication via tokens, it would be great if this module could be written as an extension of project/tfa.
If you choose not to, that's fine.
I will leave this comment here to alert others that this module is not currently a plugin for project/tfa and cannot be used at the same time as project/tfa.
