Incorrect system action label

Good find, I wasn't even aware that feature exists, maybe because of the wrong label?

There's another similar problem that has been been copied from the entity delete action, the class docblock. But that's less visible and happy to solve that in a separate issue if someone provides a patch.

This didn't make it into 1.1, any chance you could roll a new release with it included? I spent a good hour trying to figure out why the action wasn't available in VBO only to realise that it had the incorrect label.
