Apply layout builder lock with any entity

Problem/Motivation

I want to implement this module with a commerce product entity and I don't see a problem with doing that since content lock already supports all entity types.

Proposed resolution

Replace the use of NodeInterface with EntityInterface and remove check for entity_type.
