Support Shipping in InvoiceGenerator::generate()

Problem/Motivation

Shipping information is not added to invoices.

Proposed resolution

• If the commerce shipping module is enabled, add shipping_information field to the invoice.
• When InvoiceGenerator::generate() is called with a single order, copy the shipping_information to the invoice.
