Can't update products with headers with special characters

Problem/Motivation

Columns with special characters in their header are ignored when updating products.

Steps to reproduce

1. Add a field to a product with a label that contains a special character (for example, Categoría).
2. Create one or two products.
2. Export a CSV template.
3. The CSV correctly shows a column header named Categoría
4. Change the contents of the column Categoría for the listed products.
5. Save and import the CSV using the update importer.
6. The products don't have the introduced changes in the newly created field "Categoría". The column was ignored.
