Several PRs recently to deal with timezone / date issues. Marking as fixed

When using the "birth date" field in a view the time zone is wrong.
Our website is based in Belgium so has timezone Brussels. For someone whose birth date is 1 september, this gives a date of 31 august 2pm.
A workaround is to use the time zone override field and set it to Auckland.
