During the Taxjar request building, adjustments are looped over to compute those starting with taxjar|. It creates 2 issues: it enforces the taxjar| plugin ID making impossible to extend the plugin, it only takes TaxJar taxes but all taxes should be sent to TaxJar to avoid the error Order amount must be equal to the sum of line items and shipping.
We could compute the sales tax with all the tax adjusments.
