PHP 7.4 Notice on Add RRSSB Button Set

Problem/Motivation

Drupal 8.9 on PHP 7.4 causes PHP Notices regarding arrays on the add RRSSB Button form. Minor fix

Notice: Trying to access array offset on value of type null in modules/contrib/rrssb/src/Form/RRSSBSettingsForm.php on line XXX

Steps to reproduce

Visit /admin/config/content/rrssb/add with PHP 7.4 and notices turned on

Proposed resolution

Provide a default value if $appearance array does not infact have keys
