Add core_version_requirement: ^8 || ^9 for Drupal 9

I'll postpone this one, since the D9 compatibility issue were not closed, I think it's ok to move to D10( 📌 Drupal 10 compatibility Needs review ) and regarding #4, I've created a new issue since the patch is not part of scope( 📌 Add the memory peak to the response header Needs review ). The last thing would be transfer the credits to the D10 issue, but must de done by a maintainer.

The 📌 Drupal 10 compatibility Needs review landed so I'm closing this one.
