Provider Category for Entities get mixed into one category

Problem/Motivation

With the recent patch from Improve adding new blocks UX by separating Provider and Block id in backend → the Provider Categories for entities all get mixed into one single category. In my case, all entity fields were put under "Paragraph Fields". The options within these categories also don't have any indication as to which entity the option belongs to.

Proposed resolution

Find a way to split entity types into their own categories (I am submitting a patch below) and label them accordingly.

Hi @jorielsaikali, I applied the patch with success. I also checked that it has no impact on the existing/exportable configuration.
