Add test to inform us when TargetModuleInstaller is no longer needed (core bug is fixed)

Guess who made this work after a butt ton of head scratching and swearing? (Me.) One problem I ran into that I should have anticipated but didn't was that the default target module will likely already exist in the default location with the default name, so I had to generate a new randomized name along with a tear down method to remove it once the test completed. I also documented it a lot so everything is super clear.
