How to alter default weight value?

Problem/Motivation

Hi all,

I saw in "draggableviews.install" file that the default value for weight is 0.
For some reasons, I would like to know if it is possible to alter (via a hook) this default weight for a specific view (e.g.: 100).

I looked at the documentation and the code but didn't see anything for that.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a view for sorting a specific content type (e.g. Events)
2. Add "Draggableviews: DraggableViews Weight (asc)" as "Sort criteria"
3. Create a new Event node
4. Weight of this content is 0 and it's placed at the top of the listing
