Problem/Motivation

I get this notice after upgrading to PHP 7.4:

Notice: Trying to access array offset on value of type null in theme_picture_formatter() (line 1168 of ../sites/all/modules/contrib/picture/picture.module)."

Steps to reproduce

After upgrading PHP version to 7.4, picture module throw notice.
