We need to be able to create/modify/delete sendgrid subusers using the sendgrid API.
I propose adding a subuser service to the sendgrid_integration module which manages subusers via the api.
We have most of the code for this in a custom drupal 7 module, so it just needs to be ported over to drupal 8 and incorporated into this module.
A front end management interface could be added, but that's not the immediate focus here.
