Unicode::* methods and other issues present in latest 3.x-dev

In Drupal 9 when you try to set a google analytics id you get an error saying that the removed Unicode::strlen method is being used.

This was fixed in the 2.x https://www.drupal.org/project/google_analytics/issues/3034176 β†’ but the fix is not present in the current 3.x-dev branch.

The problem is only in the 3.x-dev branch, when I pull the latest non-dev 3.x there are no issues.

It almost seems as if the update to the 3.x-dev branch a few days ago reverted some fixes, another example is https://www.drupal.org/project/google_analytics/issues/3224026 πŸ› Core version requirement constraint Closed: outdated which also is only an issue in 3.x-dev and not non-dev 3.x

With the sunset of legacy google analytics, the 8.x-3.x module is now unsupported. If this is still an issue with the 4.x version, please file a new issue in the queue.
