'Country' not appearing when more than one location set

I've set my location module to allow 'City' and 'State' fields, and to require a 'Country' field. I've also set it up to default to 1 location, but allow up to 10.
All this works fine when entering one location for a node, but when I try to add a second location, the 'Country' field doesn't appear.
The 'State' field displays Australian states (my default country is Australia), but I'd very much like to be able to change the country for additional locations...
