This is something that needs to be custom-made for a specific case, it's not something that should be done at the module level.
On search page with facets I have nodes in teaser view mode with one flag. The same flag is also used as filter so it would make sense to ajax refresh facets and search results on flag click. Or is this already possible to configure?
