Was this issue ever resolved? I started getting the error when I try to insert images using the entity browser. I'm using Core 9.5.3 and Entity Browser version 8.x-2.9.
While edit media, upon Save button click it throws js error for modal "Uncaught Error: cannot call methods on dialog prior to initialization; attempted to call method 'close'"
